Description:

Skins is a single-channel video document by Kate Craig and Hank Bull. Recorded in the Grand Luxe Hall, the video captures Kate Craig as Lady Brute in front of her collection of leopard print clothing. Throughout the hour-long video, Lady Brute models each garment, documenting the leopard print collection of Dr. Brute (Eric Metcalfe) and Lady Brute—some of which was acquired through the mail via the Eternal Network or the Correspondence School. The wardrobe is part of a larger collection of original artworks and paraphernalia, all of which is leopard print.

This work was dedicated to the New York Correspondence Dance School of Vancouver.
