Jeff Mann
Bio:
Jeff Mann is an artist born in Hamilton, Canada, and based in Berlin, Germany. Since the mid-1980s, Mann has worked in online artists networks, telepresence performance, and interactive installation. His writing and work in video, sound, and electronics has engaged issues of public access and personal expression through new communications media. Mann was a founding member of InterAccess, Toronto.
