Description:

The Prick explored Guimond’s lived experience as a heroin addict, and the pain, anger, and guilt experienced following the loss of a loved one to an overdose. The performance served as an extension to a multimedia installation Guimond was developing on addiction, heroin-related crimes, and death. 

The Prick featured Alain Berrand, Michael Clark, Gary Bourgeois, Terry Ewasiuk, Anastacia McDonald, Susi Milne, Joe Sarahan, Zïlon, and others.

Presented as part of Ideophrenia, a performance series focused on challenging poetic tradition within a multimedia, interdisciplinary context.
