For her solo performance in the Grand Luxe Hall, Sandra Lockwood moved between performing songs for voice and keyboard/piano, and reading poetry. The intimate, hour-long performance showcased Lockwood’s voice, which shimmered between ethereal softness and theatrical intensity, and narrative-driven lyrics. For certain songs, she was accompanied by Mark Child on guitar.
