VOICE OVER mind Festival featured performances, talks, and workshops by artists who work with experimental and unconventional vocal techniques. Programs took place at Western Front in the Grand Luxe Hall and EDAM Studio, and offsite at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts at the University of British Columbia.
