Description:

Western Front presented a solo exhibition by Terry Ewasiuk that featured twelve Polaroid SX-70 colour photographic gridworks developed over five years. 

Combining basic geometric design elements with behavioural gestures, each grid is composed of thirty-six photographs featuring Ewasiuk posed in carefully arranged postures.

Western Front is a non-profit artist-run centre in Vancouver.

We acknowledge the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and səl̓ílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations as traditional owners of the land upon which Western Front stands.
