Her Knowing of She Cutting I or Interrogation of the Pear is an early video production by Judy Radul. Produced with support from Susi Milne, the thirteen-minute work compiles personal and found images drawn from television and magazines that are overlaid with prose and poetic text, perceived as Radul’s personal commentary. The work considers the tension between perception and reality, embodiment and surface, and pleasure and articulation.
