Launch of “The Décor Project”

Western Front hosted a book launch for The Décor Project by Hadley+Maxwell (the artist duo of Hadley Howes and Maxwell Stephens).

This publication and artist project offered new perspectives on art, taste, and subjectivity. It documented an ongoing series of collaborative projects initiated in 2001 in which the artists worked with collectors and curators to temporarily redecorate rooms in their homes. It featured texts by Clint Burnham, Jonathan Middleton, and Melanie O’Brian.
