Jonathan Middleton

Bio:

Jonathan Middleton is an artist and curator based between Toronto and Vancouver, Canada. His practice engages language, comedy, and institutional operations, among other subjects. Since the 1990s, Middleton has worked extensively as a curator, publisher, and arts administrator. He has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level at Emily Carr University of Art + Design, and has held the position of director/curator of exhibitions at Western Front and executive director of Art Metropole. He currently co-manages the Vancouver Art Book Fair and serves as coordinator for the Artist-Run Centres and Collectives of Ontario.
