We Are Othyrworld

Description:
The work in this exhibition is part of Hadley+Maxwell’s Décor Project, in which the artists redecorated the homes of curators, collectors, and other cultural practitioners. With the assistance of Sven Boecker, the artists then photographed the installations.The work featured the members of the metal band Othyrworld (formerly known as Sacred Blade). The work and band are linked with Ken Lum’s 1990 photograph, We Are Sacred Blade which was concurrently displayed at the Power Plant, Toronto.
An exhibition opening took place Mar 17, 2005.
