Jane Ellison hosted a twelve-week course in experiential anatomy to improve alignment and posture in standing, sitting, and moving. Classes covered specific anatomical information and personal embodied experience through visualization, hands-on work, partner work, and movement.  Ellison’s approach was informed by various body-work techniques such as Feldenkrais, neuro-muscular re-education, and the Body-Mind Centering of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen.
