Description:

Collaborating as the duo HP, Hank Bull and Patrick Ready presented a shadow play in the Grand Luxe Hall about a journey to space. Backlit by a screen, Bull and Ready acted out various scenes with handmade props and costumes to create DIY effects. The forty-eight minute production paired gestures with narration that meditated on light, perception, illusions, and the unknown.

The HP Shadow Play took place alongside a film screening and a presentation by Bull and Ready of a new invention.
