To conclude his residency at Western Front, pianist Wayne Horvitz performed with the Vancouver Workshop Ensemble—a group local improvisers including Nikita Carter, Ron Samworth, and Alex Varty who he collaborated with over the course of his time in Vancouver—followed by a set with his longstanding trio of Butch Morris and Bobby Previte.
