Description:

Men Inside is a solo performance by Eric Bogosian composed of fifteen short monologues and dances. Over the course of the forty-five-minute work, Bogosian sketches an eclectic cast of twelve male characters who reveal various desires: from nightclub singer/comedian Ricky Paul, to a quiet birdwatcher; from a heroin addict to a disco dancer; from a charged up rodeo rider to an impotent swinging single; to a budding rock guitarist to a happily married man.

Enhanced by lighting design, music, and high-energy acting and dance, the piece moves from the lyrical to the realistic, from the fictional to the everyday.
