Bill Bartlett

Bio:

Bill Bartlett is a media artist and educator based in Victoria, Canada. In the 1970s, Bartlett’s practice focused on telecommunications, making use of early computer email, slow-scan video, and satellite networks to conduct artistic actions, performances, and collaborations. He is the founder of Direct Media.
