Jayce Salloum is an artist and curator who works across video, installation, photography, drawing, performance, and writing.
A grandson of Syrian or Lebanese immigrants, he was born on Syilx (Okanagan) territory, and is currently based on the traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷey̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and səíl̓wətaʔł Nations (Vancouver, Canada). His projects are rooted in an intimate engagement with place, going only where he is invited or where there is an intrinsic affinity.
