Organized by Barry Truax, the International Circuit of Electroacoustic Music (ICEM) was a network of composers who exchanged taped electronic music in the mail. 

This event featured electroacoustic works by composers who were connected through the ICEM: John Chowning, Theo Goldberg, Michael McNabb, Roger Meyers, Tracy Lind Petersen, John Rimmer, and Tamas Ungvary.
