Description:
As part of the du Maurier International Jazz Festival, the duo of Shelley Hirsch (vocals) and David Weinstein (keyboards) performed a concert in the Grand Luxe Hall. Working from the premise that truth is stranger than fiction, the duo performed theatrical compositions evoking assemblages of characters, aural landscapes, and cinematic imagery at once surreal and tangibly human.
