Red Angel

Description:

In Red Angel, Gathie Falk appears on top of a credenza wearing a white satin gown and oversized angel wings. In front of her, five parrots sit atop ceramic apples attached to turntables that play “Row, Row, Row Your Boat,” and Falk joins in to sing the final round. At the end of the song, Falk removes her gown to reveal another satin dress underneath. Elizabeth Klassen then rolls a Wringer washing machine into frame, and proceeds to wash Falk’s white dress before exiting. Red Angel concludes with a second performance of “Row, Row, Row Your Boat” by Falk and the parrots.
