This single-channel video production by Marcella Bienvenue explores how the manipulation of media affects our lives and perception of truth and reality. 

The narrative follows a female protagonist (played by Bienvenue) as she grapples with navigating sensationalized information—how to absorb, assess, and believe what she sees and hears via media’s invisible sources. 

Edited Messages features Bienvenue alongside Patrick Ready, Leila Sujir, Vincent Varga, Marla Strong, Alexandra Jurisic, Richard McDowell, Randy Hutton, Fred Haesaker, Tom Keenan, Mary McGuire, Leo Desourcey, Tom Shiubsell, Roland Kieken, and Mattie Gillespie. Elizabeth Chitty, Jane Ellison, and Mary Ready provide voice-over narration, with music by Andy Graffiti.
