Description:

Wiencouver was an offisite exhibition at Push Art, Vancouver that presented pin-up art sent from Vienna, Austria. A simultaneous exhibition took place at Modern Art Galerie, Vienna of work sent from artists in Vancouver. The public was invited to submit drawings, collages, photographs, and doodles.

Coordinated by Hank Bull, the project fostered exchange between the two cities. Closing celebrations included a four-hour slow-scan video performance that connected Vancouver and Vienna with Tokyo, San Francisco, and Boston.
